Return/Refund Policy:

Jellybean Retails is a customer centric organization. We take pride in providing high-quality genuine Shankh. We take into account every detail to ensure that our products are of premium quality so as to maintain our customer satisfaction.

If in the event you if you have received the damaged product or the completely different product , you can Call/WhatsApp us on 9311794333 regarding the issue with the product on the same date of delivery. 

Our refund process is very simple...

If you do not like our product you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. We will give a refund or exchange if the following criteria are met:-

Before return or exchange let us know in details with the reason of return or exchange.

Note :-  It is advisable to shoot a complete unboxing video before opening packet once receiving your order for claiming any Refund / Replacement in case of any missing product & damage .

Once your return and refund request has been acknowledged by us, you can Initiate the return of your package as per the instructions given to you by our customer care team.

Refund will be initiated upon receipt of complete package.

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which Jellybean Retails receives returned goods. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment Method.

Please send us an email at customercare@gellybeanretails.in before initiating the return. We recommend you to send the product via a reliable courier service with a tracking number.. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Lost and damaged packages will not be refunded.
